At Lannershaff, near Putscheid in northern Luxembourg, Jean Lanners raises Iberico pigs exclusively for La Grande Épicerie Massen. Around 30 animals grow slowly and naturally on 7 hectares of open land. Raised with great care in a natural environment, this free-range Iberico is among the most exclusive pork specialities from our region.
Also known as “Pata Negra”, Iberico is considered the “Wagyu of pork”. Slow growth and free-range rearing contribute to its exceptional meat quality. Its delicate marbling gives the meat remarkable tenderness and a distinctive nutty flavour.
Through traditional butchery, this premium meat is crafted into outstanding specialities. Tenderloin, pork chops and pork neck – available now for a limited time at La Grande Épicerie Massen.

COLLECT
Collect 9 stamps to fill the card completely.
DISCOVER
Hand in your fully completed card at El Toro and enjoy the regularly changing Discovery Menu at a preferential price.
