Produced in Switzerland, between the Alpstein massif and Lake Constance, this cheese is made in deliberately limited quantities: only three village dairies are authorised to produce it. This careful selection ensures consistently high quality while preserving traditional craftsmanship passed down from generation to generation.
Aged for 3 to 5 months and then brushed with the famous herbal brine, it develops a mild, delicately fruity flavour with a beautifully balanced character.

Whenever you shop at La Grande Épicerie Massen, you receive 1 stamp for every €30 spent.
COLLECT
Collect 9 stamps to fill the card completely.
DISCOVER
Hand in your fully completed card at El Toro and enjoy the regularly changing Discovery Menu at a preferential price.
Conditions of participation

- 9 stamps for a fully completed card
- 1 card = 1 person
- The fully completed card must be handed in at El Toro.
- The benefit applies exclusively to the current Discovery Menu, consisting of a starter, main course and dessert (drinks excluded).
- A fully completed stamp card does not guarantee an available table. A reservation is recommended.
- Cards can be redeemed on any day El Toro is open.
